Return Process
- Request a Return – Contact our customer support team at sales@barrelproofgear.com within the 3-day return window to initiate a return. You will receive a return authorization and instructions.
- Package the Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Items that are damaged due to improper return packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
- Ship the Return – The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A trackable shipping method is recommended to ensure the return is received.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping fees (original and return shipping) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at sales@barrelproofgear.com within 14 days of receipt for assistance. We may require photos of the damaged product before approving a return or replacement.
