Order Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Domestic Shipping:

- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (additional costs applied)

- We do not ship outside of the United States.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Wrong Address Disclaimer
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If the address is incorrect, and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for covering the re-shipping costs.
Returns Due to Non-Delivery
- Packages returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address, failure to collect) will incur a restocking fee of 10% or require additional payment for reshipping.
