Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping:  2-3 business days (additional costs applied)

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL to ensure timely delivery of your orders.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to Domestic United States.
  • We do not ship outside of the United States.
  • Some products may have shipping restrictions due to weight, size, or regulations.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at sales@barrelproofgear.com with your order details. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If the address is incorrect, and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for covering the re-shipping costs.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery

  • Packages returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address, failure to collect) will incur a restocking fee of 10% or require additional payment for reshipping.
